Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn SECU branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will handle inquiries by phone and in person, process transactions, and assist with account opening and maintenance.

In this role you will gain familiarity with CXone, security procedures, and daily reporting while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, or CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Balance a cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, and cash dispensers as needed.
• Support other departments to fulfill member requests.
