Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer per standards.
• Open basic accounts under supervision and follow MIP procedures.
• Triage member requests and use appropriate channels (in-person, phone, digital).
• Support wire transfers, currency handling, and daily recordkeeping.
