Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is seeking an Associate Territory Representative for a field-based sales role in Miami, FL. You will hunt in outpatient urology clinics, educate clinicians on products, and drive prescription growth without an existing book of business.

You will develop a territory pipeline, perform in‑clinic product demonstrations, and meet sales targets while leveraging a strong training environment and potential career progression to Territory Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.
• Hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach and long sales cycles.
• Coachable, competitive, and accountable—own your numbers and results.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence when interacting with physicians.
• Preferred: experience at companies with world‑class sales training (e.g., ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and staff on clinical and patient benefits of the products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Execute in‑clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow‑ups with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage territory budget like a small business.
