Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative for field-based medical device sales in the Miami area. You will prospect clinics, educate clinicians, and drive prescription volume in outpatient urology and urogynecology, building your own territory from scratch.

You don't need prior medical experience; a Bachelor's degree and strong quota-driven sales skills are essential. Expect a high-call, high-volume environment with clear opportunities to advance to Territory Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Track record in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics within assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, APPs, and staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your territory like a business.
