Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking an entry-level Associate Territory Manager to support a field sales team across Orange County, LA, and Inland Empire. You will train with the BD vascular product line, assist in sales calls, and help expand customer relationships.

The role offers field-based exposure, training opportunities, and a compensation package including a base salary with incentives, reflecting the fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–4 years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50–70%.
• Willingness to relocate for Territory Manager positions.
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
• Good judgment and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in the field via field rides to learn the sales process.
• Attend sales training to learn vascular products and provide support to Sales Consultants.
• Protect and grow the Vascular Access Device portfolio with emphasis on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide.
• Provide customers product information and training.
• Inform customers of new/current pricing, backorders, and company policies.
• Develop knowledge of all peripheral access products and communicate with Territory/Regional Managers.
