Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in the New York market. You’ll visit local businesses, demo products, discuss pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO, with support from inside sales and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing).
• Physically able to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in the assigned territory, meeting local businesses and showcasing W.B. Mason’s range of products.
• Demo products, discuss pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported, growing your market and outside sales career.
