TQL in Daytona Beach is hiring entry-level sales representatives to build a career with an industry leader. You’ll receive a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics, and you’ll develop relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

No experience is required; the role offers a $40,000-$45,000 base first year, uncapped commissions, and the chance to reach six figures in a few years.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executives solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
