Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative in Charleston, SC. No experience required; you will receive paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics, with pathways to a rewarding career in a fast-paced setting.

As you develop skills in negotiating freight deals, managing shipments, and building a customer book, you can expect a minimum first-year compensation of $45,000–$55,000 plus uncapped commissions and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Must be self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book.
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and earn commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
