TQL in Tucson, AZ is seeking entry-level sales professionals to build a career in logistics and freight. You will receive six months of hands-on training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives and work to solve client needs while learning carrier sourcing and daily operations.

The role offers a base pay of $40,000–$50,000 with uncapped commissions and a trajectory toward six-figure earnings after a few years. This is an in-office, high-energy environment with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and close new customers.
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and earn commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
