Job summary
Purdue University is seeking an entry-level Associate IT Support Engineer to contribute to the development, installation, coordination, and maintenance of enterprise-level Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments as part of an integrated team supporting instructional goals.
Under supervision, you will work across hardware, software, and system management tools, collaborate with faculty, staff, and students, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Six months of professional experience in Windows, MacOS, or Linux systems administration.
- Hardware maintenance of advanced computer, peripherals, and networking systems.
- In lieu of degree, equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop, install, coordinate, and maintain enterprise-level Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments.
- Collaborate within an integrated team to support instructional goals at Purdue University.
