Kelly in San Jose, CA is seeking a Technical Analyst (Junior / Entry Level) to provide hands-on IT support for employees in the local office and remote users as needed.

You will learn on the job with training and certification reimbursement, manage the ticketing queue, perform tier 2 desktop support, onboard/offboard staff, and configure Windows 11 and macOS workstations.

This is an on-site role reporting to the IT Manager, IT Service Americas, with a team-focused environment.

• 0–2 years experience; training provided.
• Willing to learn and be part of a team.
