Job summary

Suna Solutions in San Diego is seeking an Associate Analyst, IT Support to join our onsite IT team. This role focuses on IT equipment management and hands-on user support, including deploying, receiving, shipping, and reclaiming computers and other technology.

You will provide walk-up assistance, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and collaborate with IT colleagues on projects and daily operations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, strong customer service, and the ability to

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with computers and IT equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities.
Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Comfortable working in an onsite, hands-on IT environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Deploy and support IT hardware for new employees.
Receive, process, and reclaim IT equipment from departing employees.
Package and ship IT equipment to locations across the organization.
Provide onsite walk-up and general IT support.
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS-related hardware and software issues.
Triage and prioritize support requests while delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate handling and processing of IT equipment.
Support day-to-day onsite IT operations.
Collaborate with IT team members on projects and operational activities.
Perform additional IT support responsibilities as needed.
