Job summary

SKYGEN is seeking a Help Desk professional in Wisconsin to support internal users and external consultants. The role involves handling software, hardware, and telecom issues, with a focus on timely ticket resolution and documentation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (A+ or Network+ preferred).
• 0–6 months of Helpdesk experience.
• Ability to work in the Menomonee Falls office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and O365.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support to end users on software, hardware, mobile and telecom devices.
• Create user accounts, mailboxes, and access rights for new hires.
• Document resolutions and maintain ticketing records.
• Configure and install hardware for employees as needed.
• Resolve issues using knowledge base and reference resources.
• Escalate to other teams as required and ensure timely communication.
