Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Service Desk Technical Analyst to provide phone, email, and onsite technical support across locations. You will assist with corporate infrastructure projects, manage user accounts, and support collaboration tools including O365 and Teams.

The role requires experience with Windows 11 laptops, Active Directory, and patching of security programs. In-office presence is four days per week in Oconomowoc, WI as part of a collaborative IT team.

Qualifications

• Advanced IT degree or related field / 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting a hybrid remote and in-office workforce.
• Experience supporting Office 365 and identity management components.
• Certifications such as MCP, A+, CompTIA A+ preferred.
• Excellent technical knowledge of laptop computers and Service Desk hardware, including Windows 11.
• Strong ability to learn new information system technology quickly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for all Menasha locations (hardware, systems, teleconferencing, etc.).
• Educate and advocate use of collaboration environments (O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Assist with security patches and antivirus definitions deployment.
• Troubleshoot end-user and network issues; research and propose improvements.
• Support network connectivity for the user community.
• In-office support four days a week in Oconomowoc, WI.
