Mediacom Communications is hiring an Internet Technical Support Representative I in West Des Moines, IA. You will take inbound calls, troubleshoot internet/phone issues, and help customers with software configuration to resolve problems on the first contact.

The role starts on-site for training, then shifts to a fully hybrid schedule (25% in-office, 75% remote) after six months, with multiple benefits and earning potential described in the offer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; inbound call center preferred.
• Technical support experience is a plus with ability to translate tech info for customers.
• Multitask well and navigate multiple systems while talking with customers.
