The initial six months of training are on-site, followed by a hybrid schedule with 25% in-office and 75% remote work. This role emphasizes customer service, upsell opportunities, and performance-driven results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service; inbound call center experience preferred.
• Technical support experience preferred with ability to translate information for customers.
• Strong multitasking: speaking, typing, navigating multiple systems.
• Knowledge of common consumer internet software, including browsers and email platforms, is preferred.
• Experience in a dual-monitor environment is a plus.
• Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and OT as needed.
