Mediacom Communications is hiring an Internet Technical Support Representative I. The role starts with on-site training for the first six months, then shifts to a hybrid schedule (25% in-office, 75% remote).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service; inbound call center experience preferred.
• Technical support experience helpful; translate info for customers.
• Ability to multitask across systems while talking with customers.
• Knowledge of common internet software and browsers; familiarity with email.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by guiding customers to solutions.
• Introduce services and recommend upgrades to add value on each call.
