CannonDesign is seeking an entry-level interior design professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Chicago. You will support design and technical leadership on a Mayo Clinic healthcare facility project, contributing across programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and administration.

You will assist with FF&E selections, create drawings and renderings, learn codes, and help maintain design standards.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Strong design portfolio and communication, teamwork and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Revit and Enscape preferred; Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Travel required; professional attire for client meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist interior design team across all project phases: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and administration.
• Support FF&E selections, layouts and documentation across phases.
• Develop interior drawings: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, room finishes.
• Research products and finishes and assist with finish plans and specs.
• Learn and apply building and life-safety codes to interior design work.
• Prepare computerized renderings and presentation materials.
• Produce drawings and support project time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Follow CannonDesign drawing standards and maintain interior design library as needed.
