Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience (sales or athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
