The role emphasizes sourcing new business, presenting to owners and HR leaders, and leveraging a custom Salesforce CRM to grow a personal portfolio within your territory.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in home state

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and referrals
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
