Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. The role includes comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a client portfolio and establish long-term relationships with business owners and HR leaders.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with licensing support provided as needed for state insurance credentials.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Ability to drive, manage a schedule, and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to establish relationships and re-service clients.
• Develop your own client portfolio and manage ongoing accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
