Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional to join our team in the United States. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in acquiring new business accounts and developing lasting relationships with business owners and HR leaders.

You will learn to deliver both individual and group presentations, visit clients, and cultivate a personal book of business.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience in relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business accounts through our established system.
• Build connections with business owners, HR heads, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver both individual and group insurance presentations.
• Visit businesses, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
