Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• License to operate in resident state (HR Health & Life license) or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients; expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses; build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and working hours; submit weekly plan.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at end of day.
