Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance sales associate. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop skills for presenting to business owners, HR leaders, and other decision-makers.

You will build a client portfolio, meet monthly targets, schedule meetings, and visit local businesses, gaining practical experience in a structured, supportive environment with earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active background check is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Insurance Producer license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with sales background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager/team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships, and re-service clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activities daily.
