You will develop skills to connect with business owners and HR leaders, present solutions, manage a personal client portfolio, and work with a team to hit monthly targets while scheduling your own time.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience in sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients, expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
