Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Florida is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your sales skills, build lasting client relationships, and deliver presentations to individuals and groups.

You will use our Salesforce-based process to generate leads, schedule meetings with business owners and HR decision-makers, and work with the team to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Active pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and HR leaders and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and contribute to team targets.
