You’ll work with the team to meet targets, respond to inquiries, and manage your schedule. The role emphasizes relationship-building, adaptability, and a passion for helping people in a structured, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with comprehensive training and support.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience considered.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study course provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit businesses to develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
