Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Gilbert, AZ seeks an entry-level outside direct sales professional. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

Training is provided as you develop your client network and sales skills. You will engage with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, conduct product presentations, and work closely with your sales team to reach targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; near-degree candidates within 6 months may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
