Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level salesperson for an outside direct sales role in the Peoria, AZ area. We train newcomers and support growth as you meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

You will visit local businesses, build relationships, and work with a team to reach monthly and quarterly targets. A strong mindset, resilience, and dedication to helping customers are essential.

Competenze

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales.

Mansioni

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at end of day.
