Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with course provided and licensing fees reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients; expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships with owners; follow up on referrals and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
