Alleviation is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to prospect, contact, and meet with clients, presenting personalized coverage options. You will learn the insurance industry while honing sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to develop leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build client base in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to discuss insurance needs and present options.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales team and manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio; aim for targets.
