Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales or athletic background considered.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Present personalized coverage options and build a client portfolio.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage activities.
• Schedule meetings and attend calls with the sales manager and team.
