Alleviation is a growing provider of supplemental insurance. We seek an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the industry while honing sales and customer service skills.

You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss needs and present personalized coverage options in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will use Salesforce CRM, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, visit local businesses, and build your own client portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Pre-employment background check
• Active driver's license required
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain
• Bachelor's degree or four years post-high school sales/athletic experience

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to discuss insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and re-service clients
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the manager
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them for approval
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
