The role focuses on building long-term client relationships while delivering practical insurance solutions. You will use Salesforce CRM, respond to inquiries, schedule and attend meetings, visit local businesses, and work with the team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and stats.
