Kele Inc. in Bensenville, IL is seeking an entry-level Sales Specialist within the Inside Sales team.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently processing orders, and supporting the overall sales process. You will build a foundation in Kele's products and systems, learn ASLAN principles, and engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to keep quotes moving and orders accurate.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely and accurate information.
• Enters and processes orders accurately in accordance with internal procedures.
• Supports quoting efforts by creating basic quotes and forwarding more complex requests to appropriate team members.
• Follows up on open quotes, backorders, and shipping updates.
• Escalates complex issues to Technical Sales Specialists or Senior Technical Sales Specialists.
• Promotes Kele’s products and services using ASLAN principles.
• Maintains accurate documentation in order entry and internal tracking systems.
• Participates in product and service training to build product knowledge and sales skills.
