Qualifications

• Acknowledge customers when they walk in.
• Help customers locate items in the store.
• Accurately answering questions customers may have about products.
• Order product for customers and complete special-order paperwork.
• Order/purchase stock items or special-order material.
• Maintain the proper amount of inventory (if responsible for ordering stock).
• Be familiar with both stock and special-order product.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and ensure a positive experience.
• Answer phones professionally and process computer sales and charges.
• Maintain inventory and pricing as needed and assist with stock replenishment.
• Support store operations including cleaning, stocking shelves, and general upkeep.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
