Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to provide excellent customer service at the branch sales counter, over the phone, and via email. The role includes quoting, order entry, and supporting the outside sales team on medium and large projects.

The candidate will develop product knowledge from the company catalog and vendor offerings, assist with literature requests, and help with shipping and inventory duties as needed.

Qualifications

• General working knowledge of the BAS industry.
• Proficiency in customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound sales calls and emails.
• Provide quotes, order entry, order follow up, product and application information and other requests as required by the customer.
• Support outside sales team with product selection, quoting, estimating and order creation for projects.
• Develop knowledge of products in the company catalog and vendor offerings.
• Handle literature requests for pricing, data sheets and other information.
• Perform shipping, receiving and inventory duties as required.
