Kele Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant in Dallas, TX to assist walk-in customers, handle calls and emails, and provide quotes and order entry. You’ll support the sales team, learn the product catalog, and help ensure fast, accurate processing and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive service, accurate order handling, and collaboration with branch teams to meet customer expectations and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a general working knowledge of the BAS industry and understand BAS applications and products.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound sales calls and emails.
• Place outgoing calls to customers to obtain information to complete sales.
• Provide quotes, order entry, order follow-up, and product information as required by the customer.
• Resolve order backlog issues to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Develop product knowledge and assist customers with use of the company website and catalog.
