Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering with GPA ≥ 3.0
• 0–3 years of internship or co-op experience
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Willing to travel up to 25% and relocate if required
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 50-week curriculum across plant operations.
• Hands-on startups, shutdowns, maintenance and project planning.
• Operate process equipment via control systems and in the field.
• Monitor energy use; optimize operating modes and efficiency.
• Support QA programs and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with process, project engineering, controls, maintenance, safety and operations teams.
