Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Zero to three years of internship or cooperative education experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and relocate as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office; analytical skills for technical and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 52-week structured curriculum across multiple product lines and plant operations.
• Engage in hands-on operational activities: start-ups, shutdowns, maintenance, training, troubleshooting.
• Operate process equipment via control systems and in the field.
• Monitor efficiency and energy usage; optimize operating modes.
• Support QA, regulatory compliance, and project execution within budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with process engineering, controls, maintenance, safety, and operations with mentored leadership development.
