Responsibilities

• Maintain contractor candidate, staffing, onboarding, and availability records.
• Collect inputs and update staffing/onboarding trackers.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and incomplete information.
• Maintain checklists and recurring status reports.
• Escalate delays to the supervisor as needed.
• Prepare recurring status reports using tracker data.
• Use office tools to organize records and ensure follow-through.
• Handle sensitive candidate and onboarding information appropriately.
