BluePath Labs is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator onsite in Washington, DC to provide operational and administrative support for a federal client. Candidates should have 2–3 years of coordination experience and be a U.S.

citizen; TS/SCI preferred but not required, with ability to obtain clearance. This contingent position is tied to contract award and offers a comprehensive benefits package, career growth, and exposure to government programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in the applicable coordination or support function.
• U.S. citizen as a minimum requirement.
• Accurate recordkeeping, clear communication, organized follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate activities and maintain trackers; not all functions needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, calendars, action logs, records, checklists, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and collect inputs for assigned activities.
• Follow up on actions and maintain trackers with current information.
• Escalate delays and incomplete information to ensure follow-through.
• Support workforce activities, training, events, audit logistics, or portfolio coordination.
• Use standard office tools to maintain records and communication.
• Handle sensitive information appropriately.
