All Ways Caring HomeCare in Dalton, GA is seeking an Entry Level Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch with recruitment, onboarding, and records. You will conduct full-cycle recruitment, represent the branch at hiring events, and ensure HR compliance, while building relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college or two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of office admin, recruiting or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• ATS experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Reliable, independent with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment: job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment background checks and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events; builds community partnerships.
• Implements and adheres to company policies; ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws.
• Enhances candidate experience and meets service level agreements (SLAs).
• Diversifies candidate outreach on social media and job platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, MyCNAjobs, etc.).
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and HR teams on staffing needs and maintains employment records.
• Uses iCIMS ATS and completes data entry within payroll and schedule tracking systems.
• Coordinates trainings, verifies certifications, and conducts periodic audits of employee files.
