Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an Entry Level Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator in Dalton, GA to support the local branch with administration, recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, represent the branch at job fairs, ensure policy compliance, and improve the candidate experience while coordinating with regional HR teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum one year of office administration, recruiting, or HR experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Capable of working independently with good judgment; reliable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and hiring events; builds community partnerships.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Collaborates with regional HR teams on staffing needs and maintains updated records.
• Utilizes ATS and payroll/schedule systems; coordinates trainings and certifications.
