Job summary

Penn Entertainment in Maryland Heights, MO, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support internal and external recruitment efforts for the property. You will greet applicants, assist with the application process, manage the ATS, and help ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years HR or office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel between properties may be needed; a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good oral and written communication; fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word).

Responsibilities

• Supports internal and external recruitment efforts for the property.
• Greet applicants and employees in a positive manner; assist with application process and assessments.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, posting/removing positions and candidate documentation.
• Assist in review of transfers and application requirements; track transfer process and personnel action.
• Ensure completion of paperwork: new hires, gaming licenses, drug tests, and transfers.
• Research rehiring data and forward to Recruiters for approval.
• Instruct leaders on recruitment/paperwork procedures; assist in filing and purging.
• Manage project timelines, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Oversee ordering and storage of applications, licensing, and new hire supplies.
