Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking an HR Recruiter to support internal and external recruitment efforts. You will greet applicants, assist with the application process, answer questions, and help administer assessments.

You will maintain the Applicant Tracking System and ensure paperwork for new hires and transfers is completed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1–2 years in HR or office work is ideal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR or office experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Greet applicants and assist with the application process.
• Answer questions, answer phone calls, and administer assessments.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and manage postings.
• Ensure completion of paperwork for new hires and transfers.
• Coordinate with Recruiters on rehire data and approvals.
• Instruct leaders on recruitment procedures and paperwork.
• Organize filing of applications and purging as needed.
• Support project management and meeting timelines.
• Oversee supplies and the Career Center cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
