Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a recruiting support professional to assist with internal and external recruitment for the property. You will greet applicants, help with the application process, answer questions, and administer assessments as part of a fast-paced team.

You will maintain the Applicant Tracking System, track transfers, and ensure paperwork such as new hires and licenses is completed accurately. This role requires strong English communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• One to two years of experience in Human Resources or office setting preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Able to work a flexible schedule and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Physically mobile with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supports internal and external recruitment efforts for the property.
• Greet applicants and employees, answer questions, assist with applications, and administer assessments.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and post/remove positions and documents.
• Review transfer requests and ensure applications meet requirements; track transfer process.
• Complete paperwork for new hires, gaming licenses, drug tests, and transfers.
• Research and forward rehire data to Recruiters for approval.
• Instruct leaders on recruitment and paperwork procedures.
• Assist in filing and purging applications as needed.
• Manage projects, timelines, and ensure attention to detail.
