Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Biloxi, MS seeks an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will greet applicants, manage the ATS, and assist with transfers and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ServSafe Alcohol training is a plus, with potential for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external recruitment efforts for the property.
• Greet applicants and employees in a positive manner and assist with the application process.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, post/remove positions, and manage candidate documentation.
• Assist with transfers and ensure applications meet requirements and track processes.
• Assist with team member questions and escalate issues for prompt resolution.
• Perform HR administrative duties including records, data entry, and badge processing.
• Assist in New Hire Orientation and engagement events.
• Support with policy communication and confidentiality of information.
