Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level HR professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this hands-on coordination role, you will partner closely with our TA team to support day-to-day recruitment efforts, manage interview scheduling, conduct pre-screens, and assist with onboarding and workforce planning.

Contract, possible to be extended. This position offers exposure to recruiting operations with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, in Whippany, NJ.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in HR or related role.
• Entry level position.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing and pipeline support.
• Schedule and coordinate daily phone screens and interviews.
• Conduct initial pre-interview intakes with TA partners.
• Assist with onboarding and overall talent acquisition projects.
