Englewood Lab in Totowa, NJ is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on recruitment and talent acquisition while supporting training administration and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in HR-related roles, strong sourcing and screening skills, and experience with ATS tools like JazzHR. This full-time position requires on-site work five days weekly and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, resume screening, or recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work on-site in Totowa, NJ, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: manage recruitment for production, technical, and corporate roles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage job postings, ATS updates, and recruitment status.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment steps.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies to support hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment records and help improve hiring processes.
